Project management is the process of managing technical and human skills, in order to lead the work of a team, thus achieving all project goals, within the particularities provided.
This information is documented, regardless of the methodology adopted, be it PMI, Agile, Scrum or another, it is also necessary to use a collaboration platform for interaction and communication with all project members.
Against facts there are no arguments!
Throughout our history, we have analyzed the metrics obtained in projects with management and without management (BodyShop), in addition to analyzing lessons learned at the end of each project.
Projects with management, in which we pass the baton from the commercial area to the technical project area, where a kick-off is carried out to the client, presenting the scope and expectations to the client, in order to clarify that the success of the project depends on everyone “consulting and client”, made the difference in the success of our deliveries, in addition to reducing the risk of failure and controlling all stages involved, as well as guaranteeing the quality of the results.
At the end of the project, the project team passes the baton to the support team, thus completing the cycle of solutions and support, leaving the client in a safe environment where they will have all the support necessary for their operations.
